What makes Hiroshi Kato denim unique?
Our denim is crafted using traditional Japanese artistry combined with modern 4-way stretch technology. We source premium fabrics from world-renowned mills in Japan to ensure every pair offers both authentic character and unparalleled comfort.
How should I care for my raw denim?
To preserve the indigo and achieve unique wear patterns, we recommend avoiding washing for the first 6 months. When necessary, hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent and hang to air dry. Avoid the dryer at all costs.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $150. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery times vary between 3-7 business days depending on your location.
How do I process a return or exchange?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please visit our online Returns Portal to generate a prepaid shipping label.
Do you offer hemming services?
Currently, we do not offer online hemming services to ensure that returns and exchanges remain possible. We recommend trying your denim on first; once you are satisfied with the fit, a local tailor can provide a chain-stitch hem.
